Practical guide

Know what the monthly price pays for.

Two marketing proposals can have the same price and very different scopes. Separate the website build, ongoing work, advertising spend and your team's responsibilities before comparing them.

  1. The website and setup
  2. The monthly work
  3. Advertising and add-ons
  4. Your team's time
  5. Doing it yourself has costs too.
  6. Check the exit cost.

01 The website and setup

Look for the page count, copywriting, account connections and inquiry handling. A website is easier to assess when you know what is being built and when it will be delivered.

Our plans include a 15, 20 or 25-page website, with tracking and CRM setup. Delivery is within 15 business days of completed intake. The build is included in the monthly plan price.

02 The monthly work

Front Page is $2,797/month, Front Page Plus is $4,297/month, and Front Page Metro is $6,797/month, in US dollars. Each adds content, local search work and reporting after launch. The plan comparison lists the quantities and advertising-management ranges.

Local listings are placed once at setup. The monthly pages or posts and local articles are ongoing deliverables. Keeping those two categories separate makes a proposal easier to evaluate.

03 Advertising and add-ons

Ad spend is billed separately from our management fee. Meta advertising is a separate add-on. The top two plans include email outreach; its sending allowance is shown in the comparison.

Before agreeing any add-on, establish its scope and total costs. Do not treat money paid to an ad platform as if it were the agency's management fee.

04 Your team's time

The intake form and kickoff take about an hour, with the requested materials and access ready. Your team also reviews the website and handles inquiries after launch.

Even with managed marketing, somebody must return calls, decide whether projects fit and update the CRM. Those tasks affect whether an inquiry turns into useful work.

05 Doing it yourself has costs too.

The playbook is free. Your hosting, software, phone line, any advertising and implementation time are not. You can set up a CRM yourself; the choice is who will do the work and keep it running.

Around $50K/month in revenue is a guideline for considering managed help, not a rule. A smaller firm with little time may need help; a larger firm with an effective internal team may not.
