He reports $10,000 from seven paid site visits. The statement about the fix working perfectly refers to the call gate, not every part of the marketing service.

An earlier campaign for a design-build firm

At the beginning we started with no leads, no phone calls, and in 60 days we've had over 50 calls. We knew we were good, we just didn't know how to market.

Illustration of what each system counts: Search Console counts clicks, Google Ads conversions, Google Analytics attributed form leads, the CRM inquiries, the pipeline stages on one day
An illustration of the systems named here and what each one counts.

How to read these numbers

  • CRM inquiries: tracked forms and chats plus callers new to the CRM whose calls connected for at least 60 seconds. Duplicates are removed. A new caller may be an existing customer.
  • Google Ads leads: conversions counted in the ad account. Cost per lead here includes ad spend, not agency fees.
  • Search clicks: visits from an organic Google result. They are not a count of inquiries or jobs.
  • Pipeline stages: what the firm's team recorded on the date of the snapshot. They do not establish a completed or paid visit, and they are not a reconstructed conversion funnel.
  • Client statements: attributed to the speaker and the project. Estimates and projections remain labeled as such.

Different systems count different things. We show them separately so you can understand what each number actually supports.
