Structural engineering firms

Help prospective clients find the structural work you want to do.

Residential assessments, design work and commercial projects ask different things of your firm. We build the website and marketing around the services you want more inquiries for.

Two service pages from one structural engineering firm's website, one for residential work and one for new construction; the firm's name, logo and phone number are obscured
Two pages from a website we built for a structural engineering firm: one written for homeowners, one for design and construction partners. The firm's name, logo and phone number are obscured.

Start with the work, not a generic engineering page.

A homeowner removing a wall needs a clear service page. An architect looking for a design partner needs to understand your capabilities. We use your actual services, credentials and project material to make those decisions easier.

Your team reviews the technical details. We handle the website, tracking, search marketing and inquiry system.

A structural firm's record

One structural engineering firm recorded four counted inquiries in its March 2026 launch month and 16 in August. The count combines tracked web inquiries and callers new to the CRM whose calls lasted at least a minute. March was a partial launch month.

What your plan puts in place

The website build includes 15, 20 or 25 pages, delivered within 15 business days of completed intake. Every plan includes tracking, CRM setup, local search, Google Ads management within its spend range and monthly reporting.

The monthly work then adds five, ten or fifteen pages or posts, with the local articles and other work shown in the plan comparison.

Your market and capacity

We take on one firm per primary engineering discipline in a metro. We check availability before the call and explain any conflict. A useful conversation is still possible when a market is occupied.

Around $50K/month in revenue is a guideline for bringing in managed help, not a qualification rule. We also look at your capacity for more work and who will handle the inquiries.

Questions before you decide

  • How much of my time does this take?

Plan on about an hour for the intake form and kickoff call, with the requested account access and materials ready. You also review the website before it goes live.

After launch, your team answers inquiries, follows up and records what happened. We build and manage the marketing; your team handles the engineering and the prospective client.
